What this release is
You appear in videos or photos that a verified creator wants to sell on Goonsesh. The creator is named in the release form they sent you. By signing it, you give your consent and the rights below to that creator and to Goonsesh LLC, the New Mexico limited liability company that runs goonsesh.com.
You sign by typing your legal name. We store the version you signed, with the date and time.
What you confirm
- You were at least 18 years old when the content was recorded.
- The name, date of birth, address and documents you give are your own and true.
- You took part willingly. Nobody forced or pressured you.
- You agreed to being recorded.
- You agree to the content being distributed and sold on Goonsesh: as a single purchase, in bundles and in the creator's membership, in trailers and previews that promote it on Goonsesh, and, where the creator allows it, in short clips that buyers post on Goonsesh.
What it covers
This release covers content you recorded with the creator named in the release form, which they offer on Goonsesh with you named in it.
Rights you give
You give the creator and Goonsesh LLC the right, worldwide and without further payment from Goonsesh, to host, copy, transcode, stream, display, distribute and sell that content on Goonsesh; to make thumbnails, previews and trailers from it; and to let the people who buy it, or whose membership includes it, watch it and, where the creator allows it, download it or post clips of it on Goonsesh.
Goonsesh does not pay you. Any payment for your appearance is between you and the creator.
Review
Our staff check every release by hand. We may approve it, ask you for changes through the same link, or decline it. The content can be sold only after your release is approved.
Changing your mind
Buyers pay for lasting access, so you cannot withdraw this release for content that has already been sold: those buyers keep access. You can ask the creator to stop selling it.
If you did not agree to being recorded, or to the content being published or sold, or you were pressured into it, report it at any time through the ⋯ menu on Goonsesh or by email to hello@goonsesh.com. You do not need an account. We decide within 7 business days and take down content that somebody in it did not agree to. Its buyers then lose access.
Your data
- We keep your legal name, date of birth, address, ID details and pictures, the photo of you holding your ID, your stage name, your email address if you give one, and your signature as the age and identity records US law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2257). We keep them as long as the law requires, which can be seven years.
- Only Goonsesh staff who review releases see them. Every time a staff member opens one of your ID pictures, it is logged.
- The creator sees only the stage name you give (or your first name and last initial) and whether your release was approved. Buyers never see any of it.
- Keep the link to the release form to yourself. Until you send the form, anyone who has the link can see what you have typed, but not your pictures. After you send it, the link no longer shows your details, unless we ask you for changes.
- We show these records to the authorities where the law requires it, and to our payment processor where its rules or the card networks' rules require it. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.
Governing law
This release is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
