18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on goonsesh.com were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.

Content uploaded by members

Goonsesh LLC is not the primary producer, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of content that members upload. Goonsesh hosts, stores, transcodes and displays it. Every member who uploads confirms that everyone shown was at least 18 years old when it was recorded and agreed to being recorded and to its publication. The producers of that content are responsible for keeping its records.

Content sold by creators

Verified creators sell their own content on Goonsesh. The creator is the producer of that content. In addition, before any video or photo is sold on Goonsesh, Goonsesh LLC collects and keeps age and identity records of every person who appears in it:

• the creator: legal name, date of birth, address, a government photo ID and a photo of them holding it, checked by our staff;
• every other person: either their own verification as a Goonsesh creator, who confirms the content, or a signed Model Release with the same details and documents, checked by our staff;
• the date the content was produced, as the creator states it.

Our staff review each offer, and the records of everyone in it, before it goes on sale. Creators sign the Creator Agreement, which also makes them keep the records the law requires of a producer.

Custodian of records

The records Goonsesh LLC keeps for content sold on Goonsesh are kept by its custodian of records:
