Who is responsible

Goonsesh LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008131822), is responsible for your personal data on Goonsesh.

What we collect

• Your account: email address, password (stored only as a hash), display name, @handle and whatever you add to your profile.
• What you post and do: posts, comments, likes, votes and messages, and how you use Goonsesh, such as what you watch and follow.
• Your content preferences: the orientations and intensity you choose to see. They say something about your sexuality, so we use them only to filter what you are shown. Setting them is your explicit consent to that, and you can change them in Settings at any time.
• Technical data: your IP address, to work out your region and to prevent abuse. We do not store it in readable form.
• What you send us: reports, copyright notices, feedback and other messages.

We do not use cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps only what the site needs to work, such as your sign-in and settings.

What we use it for

• Running Goonsesh: your account, showing your posts to the audience you choose, and personalizing your feed.
• Keeping Goonsesh safe and legal: age and region rules, spam and abuse prevention, moderation and copyright notices.
• Email: account messages and the Goonsesh newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from in any issue.
• Statistics that help us improve the service.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Other members see your profile and posts according to the visibility you set. Your cum log and liked videos start out public; you can change that. Direct messages are visible only to the people in the conversation, but they are not end-to-end encrypted.

Service providers process data on our behalf, for example to host the service, deliver videos and send email. Our servers are in the United States, so if you use Goonsesh from elsewhere, your data is transferred there. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete a post or comment, it is removed. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we keep your address only to make sure we do not mail you again.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete your account. The account is hidden at once and deleted 30 days later; until then you can log in and restore it. If you want it gone sooner, email hello@goonsesh.com from the address on the account and we delete it straight away.

Deletion removes your login, your profile and @handle (which becomes free for somebody else), your posts and the videos and photos behind them, your comments, replies, likes, saves and reposts, who you follow and who follows you, the performers, studios and categories you follow, your cum log, watch history, usage statistics and content preferences, notifications you caused, your Gooncoins, badges and Premium, your API keys, your newsletter subscription and its send history, a request for access from a blocked region, and talent applications sent from the account's email address. You also leave every group chat you were in.

What we keep, and why:

• A deletion record with your email address, the date and counts of what was deleted, so we can show that the deletion happened and handle disputes about it.
• Moderation history (reports, warnings and bans) and, if the account was banned, your email address on a block list, so deleting an account cannot undo a ban.
• The referral record, if you joined through somebody's link, as evidence against referral fraud.
• If we let your account in from a region we otherwise block: the record of that age check (how it was done, by whom and when). It never contains an ID document.
• Messages you sent stay in the conversations of the people you sent them to. They then come from an account that no longer exists.
• Your votes on tags, content flags and community facts keep counting, and so do your views and shares. The record of who voted is deleted.
• Your Gooncoin ledger entries, your source-link clicks and your places in finished monthly rankings, under a random id that cannot be traced back to you. Other members' payouts and the statistics studios see depend on them, and past rankings keep their order.
• Tags and facts you added to other members' clips and to performer, studio and category pages stay part of those pages, linked to an account id that no longer belongs to anyone.
• Feedback you sent, without your name, @handle or account. Copyright notices. Survey answers, which never carried your identity.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to hello@goonsesh.com. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to write from the email address on your account. Much of it you can do yourself in Settings.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also restrict or object to processing, take your data with you, withdraw consent at any time and complain to your data protection authority. We rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests (safety, abuse prevention, statistics and the newsletter), legal obligations and, for your content preferences, your consent.

Adults only

Goonsesh is for people 18 and older. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you on the site or by email before it applies.
